Full policy

1. Controller

The Verdicts app (“the App”) is provided by Henri Tunkkari (“the Developer”).

2. Data collection

The Developer does not collect, receive or store any personal data from use of the App. The App contains no accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking, and no personal data is sold or shared.

3. Data on the device

The App stores the player’s name, emoji, optional profile photo and a random identifier on the device only. Deleting the App removes this data.

4. Data shared with other players

Games run directly between the participating devices over Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth. Other participants in a game receive the player’s name, emoji, profile photo, answers and votes, and in photo games, only the photos the player chooses to share. Other players’ profile photos are cached on the device for up to one day. Hosted games are visible to devices on the same local network.

5. Permissions

The App uses Local Network and Bluetooth to connect players, the Camera to take a profile photo, and Photos to let players choose photos in photo games. Each permission can be revoked in the device settings.

6. Crash reports

If the user has enabled sharing with app developers in the device settings, Apple may provide the Developer with anonymous crash reports.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 16.

8. Contact and rights

Questions and requests: hello@getverdicts.app. Correspondence is used only to respond. Users in the EU/EEA may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Changes

Changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.
